- Completed Services: Once a service is completed and delivered to your satisfaction (as evidenced by your approval), no refunds will be granted. This includes website design, digital marketing campaigns, and CRM setup and configuration.
- Partially Completed Services: If a service is only partially completed due to your delays or changes in scope, a refund will not be granted for the completed portion. However, we may be willing to credit the completed portion towards future services.
Refundable Services (Limited Circumstances)
- Project Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel a project before any work has begun, you will receive a full refund.
- Significant Errors: In the rare case that we deliver a service with significant errors that deviate from the agreed-upon scope and cannot be rectified within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

We understand that your needs may evolve throughout the project. We offer a reasonable number of revisions to ensure your satisfaction. However, significant changes to the scope of the project may incur additional charges.
